All items purchased from Portugalia Sales are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

When you make purchases from Portugalia Sales using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Portugalia Sales, Inc. is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")

Pricing
